Online entrepreneur Building JobBoardSearch ($100K) and a few other internet businesses Niche job boards, distribution, SEO/AIO Doing it solo from Mallorca

๐ŸŽฏ Promote your job board ๐Ÿ‘‰
It HAPPENED: JobBoardSearch just crossed 6 figures $100K ๐Ÿ’ธ lifetime revenue crazy to think it all started as an ugly static HTML website with barely a dozen niche job boards if I had waited until it was "ready", I'd probably still be in my localhost ship early listen to users improve every week keep your expenses low that's been my strategy I still remember like today when @levelsio RTd the project and later out of the blue sent me a DM telling me I should charge job boards to submit and to rebrand, what an eye opener, for ever grateful Also I'm never going to forget the first ever payment and sponsor (4dayweek job board) that after following Pieters advice I posted on here and minutes later @philostar got the gold sponsorship and they are still getting featured nowadays. Thanks! It's impossible to mention everybody, THANKS A LOT to every job board founder who have made this possible ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป Remember: don't let anybody tell you it's not possible keep learning keep adapting keep shipping one thing I've learned along the way: keep your expenses low and stay in the game long enough, IS POSSIBLE ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿป On to the next milestone...

Definitely niche job boards that still have Google Indexing API quota have a real advantage the new Google Search AI report makes it clear how much traffic comes from Google for Jobs 53.5% of clicks for this job site are coming from GfJ
Niche job board SEO at another level ๐Ÿ˜Ž last 12 months: > 279M Impressions > 5.6M clicks secrect sauce = pSEO (but of course, strong tech SEO behind it) Seeing boards at this scale using JobBoardSearch's Search Console AI is absolutely amazing ๐Ÿ”ฅ

Let's give Bjorn's idea a try Marc's ads layout clearly works well on TrustMRR doesn't mean it will work for AIBuiltGames but if you don't try you don't know...
Replying to @rrmdp @aibuiltgames
Nice Rod, maybe with the sponsor boxes like trustmrr.

There wasn't something specific but the combination of many things... I just kept adding games (each one becomes its own indexable page) while putting real effort into the technical side: - Clean crawlability (robots.txt + dynamic sitemap) - Solid site structure and internal linking between games and categories, consistent URL structure, canonical tags - Unique titles, headings, and on-page structure for every game page - Schema markup (FAQ, BreadcrumbList, ItemList/Collection, VideoGame where it made sense) - Page experience / Core Web Vitals so Google could actually rank the pages technical SEO makes sure Google (and LLMs too) can discover, crawl, understand, and rank those pages efficiently without the technical work, many of those pages would stay buried no blog, no content marketing, no hacks just more pages + a technically sound foundation, then waiting for it to compound. the domain and the vibe coding trend timing helped a lot too Makes me wonder how many sites are sitting on similar potential and just need the technical foundation cleaned up!

SEO feels like nothing is happening... until it does but never seen something like this AIBuiltGames .com traffic was always growing but now it kinda exploded I didn't do anything special I just kept adding games and following Google's technical SEO advice this website doesn't even has a blog but put a lot of effort in the tech SEO side no magic tricks no hacks Sometimes SEO just needs time to compound ๐Ÿš€

Google removed the Indexing API default quota Not great for new niche job boards looks like you'll have to rely only on the sitemap + JobPosting schema now might actually be good for JobBoardSearch, new niche boards will probably struggle more with distribution Curious how this hits smaller boards, anyone already been waiting for quota approval for ages?

What the actual F*CK ๐Ÿ˜ฑ๐Ÿ˜ฑ๐Ÿ˜ฑ aibuiltgames .com is ranking in the SERP for LOTS of "vibe code games" related keywords I don't know if SEO really picked up or the industry just blew up anyways hope it means ad slots sold!

What can I say about @claudeai it's simply AMAZING now that I got the $1,000 I feel free to build AIBuiltGames blowed up so asked Claude to build the MCP server it built it in minutes it works perfectly and I didn't need to add to the prompt "make no mistakes" ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿคฃ
JobBoardSearch just got accepted into Anthropic's Claude for Startups and I don't think they're doing this because they suddenly love startups they're buying DISTRIBUTION and DEPENDENCY 1. Give startups free credits > startups build on Claude > users get exposed to Claude > switching becomes harder 2. Developers post about this everywhere The $1,000 in API credits is probably the cheapest part of the strategy (I'm grateful for them ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป) Smart move! Did you also get accepted?

There are plenty of tools that plug into Google Search Console none of them know what a job board is! they don't know your pages expire every day they don't track Google for Jobs. they only give you blog SEO tips So I built Search Console AI the first Search Console tool made only for job boards it's live today inside your JobBoardSearch dashboard Connect Search Console once (read-only) and you get: ๐Ÿ’ผ Google for Jobs report: how much of your traffic comes from Google's job search box, your top job pages there, and an alert if it suddenly drops (usually broken job data, which can quietly wipe out your applicants) ๐Ÿชฆ Expired jobs check: finds old job pages still getting Google traffic that now show an error, redirect to your homepage, or are expired but still marked as open for Google. Each one comes with the fix ๐Ÿงฉ Content gaps: AI spots the role, location and shift pages people search for that your board doesn't have yet (think "travel nurse jobs texas" on a nursing board), with a suggested URL ๐ŸŽฏ Striking distance: searches where you're already on page 1โ€“2, with the exact page to improve โšก Quick wins and low-CTR fixes for pages that get seen but not clicked ๐Ÿ”” Monitoring (Pro): it compares your last 28 days with the 28 before and emails you what gained or lost traffic, with an AI summary of what to do Pricing: โ€ข Free: sync your data, browse every report, run your first AI analyses โ€ข Starter: $19/mo (early bird, normally $29) โ€ข Pro: $29/mo (early bird, normally $39) (you keep that price after early bird ends) All the details ๐Ÿ‘‰ jobboardsearch.com/search-coโ€ฆ If you run a niche job board, I'd love your feedback. Reply or DM me.

People said stop pasting CSVs into ChatGPT so I built it connect Google Search Console pull the data from the API optional sitemap then run 5 analyses through OpenAI > content gaps > quick wins > low CTR > cannibalization > query / page mismatch same workflow as the last tweet without the export-download-pray bit screencast attached thinking of putting this inside JobBoardSearch for niche job board founders would you use it as a JBS tool or do you already have something that does this?

Yesterday a new niche job board was submitted into the JobBoardSearch's Marketplace (buy / sell) I published it and then sent the newsletter with the notification I can't believe how good it performs > 61% Open Rate > 16% Click Rate by far the most successful newsletter I ever did across all industries and niches
