While everyone was watching the AI fight this weekend, the Clarity Act got rewritten late Sunday night. Here is what changed, what I do not like about it, and why I am not shaken. What changed. Senate Republicans released what they are calling the last, best, and final text, 635 pages, after President Trump agreed to most of the ethics framework Democrats had been holding out for. The ethics rules now cover every federally elected official, judges, and their spouses, and bar them from issuing or sponsoring digital assets for compensation while in office. The stablecoin rewards fight got a circuit breaker instead of a ban, meaning the Treasury Secretary can pause rewards for up to 18 months if withdrawals start threatening community banks. And the piece to look at closely: the final text lets state attorneys general bring enforcement actions under the bill, including against exchanges that list digital assets the legislation prohibits. Democrats pushed for that because they did not want a President's own Justice Department policing the President's crypto dealings. The White House had resisted it for weeks. Sunday night they gave it up to get the vote. What I do not like. I understand why the provision is there. But a door that lets fifty state attorneys general take an offensive posture against the digital asset rails, each with their own politics and their own ambitions, is a door the enemy will try to walk through. I see the plans of the enemy in this. I am saying that plainly. Why I am not shaken. Five days before that text existed, on September 8, the Lord said this on our show Money on the Move: "I see the attorney general of New York. I see her trying to take an offensive posture on the digital age of financial infrastructure. And I hear the Lord saying that whether it's her or someone that may supersede her, I don't know, I see them trying to get out over their skis, but it could create some volatility. And I hear it could force some federal market structure. And I hear the words quickly in areas that I am in, says the Lord. And this is a sign to pay attention to at some time." P.S. Yes, I'm prophetic, and God still speaks today, even about fiancés. A note so nobody runs with it wrong. What I saw was like the attorney general of New York. It did not necessarily have to be her. It was an image, a reference point for a state attorney general taking that posture, and He said so Himself in the word. Do not turn a picture He used into a prediction about one person. Now read it against Sunday night. Offensive posture. State attorney general. Financial infrastructure. Volatility. And then the part I am standing on: it could force some federal market structure, quickly, in areas that He is in. He named the risk and He named what He does with it in the same sentence, and then it got written into the bill. Two days after that, on September 10, He said, "Yes, some laws will change, but that's because MY people will take center stage and change policy," and He warned us not to get ensnared in structures that are not of Him. So hear me clearly. Either way, His hand is on it. Any trap the enemy thinks he is setting with this will end up catching the ones who set it. That is not optimism. That is Scripture: "He makes a pit, digging it out, and falls into the hole that he has made" (Psalm 7:15, ESV). Pay attention to the state AG piece, pray over it, and do not fear it. What happens next. Tuesday at 2:15 ET the Senate votes on cloture on the motion to proceed. That is a vote on whether to open debate, not a vote on the bill. 60 needed, 53 Republicans, so seven crossovers decide it. With ethics largely settled, the open questions are whether the illicit finance language and the Agriculture Committee guardrails bring those seven across, and whether any Republicans peel off over the concessions. A yes does not make it law. A no does not kill it. Either way, crypto will trade the headline before it reads the text.

Yesterday, on August 19, President Trump announced what he is calling the most crushing economic operation ever taken against any country, aimed at Iran. His words, posted publicly: "This will be Economic Warfare and Isolation on an unprecedented scale." He called it an "ECONOMIC D-DAY." And he warned that "ANY country that allows its financial institutions, businesses, airports, or government entities to provide any type of lifeline to Iran will itself face TREMENDOUS Economic Consequences." Economic warfare. That exact phrase. Now go back with me to May 5 of this year. On the YouTube video "Market Volatility Is Here… What Happens Next?", the Lord started speaking right before we got on, and this is what came through, on camera, timestamped, for the whole world: The video is Below so you can verify every line: The Word (05.05.26) The Lord's telling me much is coming that is going to surprise many. I hear the word economic warfare, but it will NOT prevail in the ways that the enemy perceives. I hear, "Oh America, they're coming after your economies, for they seek a collapse, but it will not be seen. I am positioning many of My children in place to get great gains in times of chaos and calamities." He says, "The time is coming up soon." I heard the word nation states. He says much to be injected and I hear soon and coming to a theater near you. He says, "What are they doing? A market fiasco indeed, in more than one way, but not in the way that people currently perceive." He says, "Lay down your preconceived notions, for I'm speaking diligently." He says things are being shielded for a time and there is purpose in the plans in the play. I hear, "Get your baskets ready. It's time to receive much. The time is at hand." That was three and a half months ago. Exactly as He gave it. Economic Warfare, By Name Look at the language side by side. In May the Lord gave me the phrase economic warfare. Yesterday the President of the United States declared, in his own capital letters, Economic Warfare on an unprecedented scale. That is not my framing and it is not a paraphrase. It is the literal term of the day, and it was sitting in the May word before it was sitting in the announcement. Now hear what the word actually carried, because this is the part I do not want anyone to miss. When the Lord gave me economic warfare, He immediately turned to what the enemy intends to come OUT of it. "Oh America, they're coming after your economies, for they seek a collapse, but it will not be seen." The Lord is talking about the devastation the enemy wants to cause America because of this. The enemy's aim in the midst of economic warfare is a collapse of our economies. And the Lord already settled the outcome before it started: it will NOT prevail in the ways that the enemy perceives, and it will not be seen. He is not just naming the event. He is declaring the failure of the enemy's plan inside the event, and He is positioning His children to receive in the very chaos the enemy meant for devastation. And notice the word that came right behind it: nation states. This word is coming into alignment, because even Trump talks about nation states. His announcement is not aimed at Iran alone. It is aimed at ANY country that provides a lifeline. Oil smuggling, swap lines, cash transfers, exchange houses, ship registries, front companies. Whole countries put on notice at once. The word held those two pieces together in the same breath, economic warfare and nation states, and yesterday they arrived together in the same post. This also does not stand alone. In the February 28 word the Lord gave me the phrase an oil embargo of sorts, coming into play, alongside Iran, escalating tensions, and moves and counter-moves. We just walked through that word in the He Foretold It post on the Return, the Squeeze, and the Stall. And here is this announcement, targeting Iran's oil smuggling networks and the lifelines that keep them running. Pages being added to the same book, Fam. This is how the Shotgun Prophetic words work. Short phrases across many topics, and as they compound, the Lord stitches a tapestry only He could stitch. What I Am Saying and What I Am Not Saying We prophesy in part (1 Corinthians 13:9, ESV), so let me guard this the way it deserves. The word carried more than the phrase. He said economic warfare would NOT prevail in the ways that the enemy perceives. He said they seek a collapse, but it will not be seen. He said He is positioning many of His children to receive in times of chaos and calamities. I am not going to define which enemies, which economies, or how the shielding plays out. I am leaving those pieces exactly where He left them, and I am not handing you a timing, a price target, or a trade in this post. What I am showing you is a dated word on a public video and a dated announcement, side by side, so you can search it out and take it back to Him. It is the glory of God to conceal things, but the glory of kings is to search things out (Proverbs 25:2, ESV). But hear me clearly on the point that matters. The Lord named economic warfare in May. Now it is the language of the White House. You know the Lord spoke it first, because the video is sitting right there with the date on it. He is ahead of the headlines, and He is telling His people not to fear what the headlines announce. What To Do With This The word did not pair economic warfare with panic. It paired it with positioning. Get your baskets ready. He said things are being shielded for a time and there is purpose in the plans in the play. So the response is not fear, it is preparation and prayer. Pray for our leaders and for wisdom in the decisions being weighed right now. Be prepared in your positions, have your plan written down in the quiet, and keep your eyes on Him and not on the chaos. Word, chart, prayer, plan, then execution.
