BREAKING: Iran directly rejects the Reuters report claiming that US and Iranian negotiators are exploring a phased path out of the war, saying the report is "false and its goal is to control the price of oil," and that "no negotiations are underway," per Iranian state media journalist Mohammad Ghaderi.
He says Iran's position remains unchanged and that the US "must fulfill the stipulated conditions in a single step so that the Strait of Hormuz can be opened under Iranian control."
Brent crude oil fell 3% on the Reuters report.
