Zcash is a technical ecosystem. It's a treasure trove for devs with an eye for privacy in Web 3. These were the words of the highly esteemed ecosystem designer @monsignoree on the last episode of the Zec Fireside. Not surprised I missed that session after all the mental alarms I set. But I had time to go back to both episodes that have been aired on X. So, before I begin my day, I'll share a couple of thoughts that stood out to me from both. Episode 1 featured @Omegaonchain, a veteran Video Creator and crypto OG. Quoting her words (not verbatim anyway) "when you upskill in whatever ecosystem you find yourself, no one can take the evolution that comes after upskilling away from you" As a creative myself, I don't think I've heard better advice. Especially when you pair it with the reckless craze for 'reward' that takes away the place of waiting and process. One of the things that still intrigues me about Web 3 is how it can be both ridiculously easy and hard at the same time to make money. You could do the stupidest of things and get the craziest of rewards. It's insane! That in turn, subtly removes the place of patience and process. My opinions again... I think I got carried away 😂🙏. For Episode 2, it was the fact that as a designer or a creative generally, it's difficult to explain clearly something you don't yet understand to your audience. A question was raised about the research process before designing and how easy it was to navigate the technicalities that come with ZCASH itself as a privacy focused ecosystem. I think the beauty of all of these is knowing that with difficulties and challenges comes evolution. Knowing there are people who have passed through the phase you currently are at is comforting too. I think I'll pause my thoughts here. This has gone on longer than I originally intended it too. If you had an opportunity to learn, earn and evolve while contributing to an ecosystem, would you take it?

Almost every run on Robinhood has had a "wake up and get paid" mechanic. On Robinhood Chain, that seems to be the play right now. So if you sleep on your earnings, literally or figuratively, and someone else eats. Nothing's live yet but I'd pay attention of I was you. Robinhood Frames were never supposed to be just another collection. And finally, they're about to get the love they were built for from day one.
