In the past, they messed up a few different maps because of a physical material (property group in unreal engine). If there is a problem, the first place I'd look is at the ball's physical material.

To Kia's credit, they're covering a complete engine replacement and a brand new loaner for the owner. Quite cool of them to make things right. This engine is fatally flawed. DON'T BUY IT!!!
