ALT Happy to see the new bottom bar design going live on #Flipkart app. I was personally involved in architecting the UX framework and detail designs. From exploring sliding gestural bottom bars to tap-based expandable rows, with the complexity of existing dark/light themes & dynamic items, it was a rigorous user testing and iterative design process aimed for next 200mn users #NBU. Great work from our awesome designer Jitu Raut for giving it final shape and taking it to production. It is the first step to a scalable bottom navigation for Flipkart's new businesses. We will keep improving it and I guess a detailed blog will follow later by Jitu. #productdesign #userexperience #flipkartonedesign
