Hi. I have severe disabilities that leave me reliant on government support, in a country that DOESN'T have food stamps. Disabled are just expected to go hungry, I guess.

So sick of people arguing about how much of a "choice" MAiD is when being on disability and having to rely on food banks + the 'nutritional supplement' programs via PWD etc. still wasn't enough to keep my now-deceased loved one's BMI high enough to be eligible for a transplant.🙃

"killable" doesn't hold the magnitude of what Canada is doing to disabled ppl. They are a disposable class. Forced into destitution, starved, locked out of the rental market, casted out to the streets, silenced; heard when it comes to dying by MAiD, & silenced in the same breath.
