That Trump EO was supposed to end the weaponization of civil rights laws, but the liberals at @HUDgov are violating it by going after rural white communities with no nexus to real estate sales. Let's get @Aarvoll_ on @TuckerCarlson to expose the madness...
Why is D.C. trying to bankrupt the RTTL founders, monitor us, and send us to some kind of government sensitivity training? Well... their reason given was an executive order from Trump apparently.

The Arkansas community adopted and transplanted a very large unwanted fig tree, last winter. Along with the dormant stump came many smaller branches, which had been pruned off the canopy. I sectioned a couple branches into 3-4" cuttings and did my best to root them during the winter. I ended up with 18 new fig tree clones, 3-4' tall, some of which are already attempting to bear fruit this season.

HUD D.C. didn't even notify me that me and my excavation LLC were under investigation, then they sent the extortion agreement with insane demands restricting private speech, submitting to government monitoring, extreme monetary punishments, and MUCH MUCH more. It's clear that they want bankrupt us and shut us up.
RTTL is suing the government.

Keep your guard up for lying weasels. This declaration is regarding Wisdom Woods LLC and we have not lost any lawsuits.

Context: The media and other bad actors intentionally mix up Wisdom Woods LLC which essentially serves as an expense-sharing agreement between members who live here at the land in Arkansas, and the Return to the Land organization, which is not the same thing.

Michelle Walker, NAACP, Relman Colfax, Legal Aid of Arkansas vs RTTL and the Arkansas Community On May 20, the New York Times informed us about a new lawsuit backed by the NAACP, Relman Colfax, and Legal Aid of Arkansas, against Return to the Land, our private membership association. Michelle Walker, a Jewish real estate broker in the St. Louis Missouri area who has a Black husband and mixed-race kids, is suing Return to the Land because she filled out an application to join the organization—a private club for individuals and families of European heritage (plus many other factors required for membership)—and was later denied. Additionally, she is suing the Arkansas community, whose 160-acre property is owned and managed by the company Wisdom Woods LLC. She claims to have been denied either a land purchase or some kind of investment opportunity, though it is still unclear. New York Times: “A good investment is a good investment,” Ms. Walker said, adding that she did not set out with the goal of mounting a legal challenge when she applied. “There was never a plan for my husband and children to go there. I’m bold but I’m not stupid.” It’s a strange case, considering Wisdom Woods LLC has never sold land and never had any contact with Mrs. Walker at any point. It is equally strange for the Return to the Land organization, which doesn’t even own land, and is a nationwide organization with over 1000 members. The alarming part is the activist-written tone of the complaint and the significant amount of money being thrown at this case, which suggests their goal may be to bankrupt low-income White families who are homesteading at the Arkansas land. The complaint, though weak and absurd, is written in a way that seems designed to bias a judge and jury. It’s likely that they want to create a big media spectacle and set new precedents against White Americans’ ability to freely associate with each other, or even live together on their own private property.
