🔬 New insights into Friedreich ataxia (FRDA) cardiomyopathy.
Using patient iPSC-derived cardiomyocytes and CRISPR-corrected controls, we show that FXN deficiency drives clear cardiac dysfunction.
MEG3 and PCDHGA10 as two consistently dysregulated genes.
