Markets change. Attention moves. The teams that keep building have to keep building anyway.
That's been our approach with SHIP.
We've spent this time building out the app, tools, resources, community and the wider ShipGuild ecosystem.
We're starting to see activity pick up again, but there's still a lot we're working on behind the scenes.
We'll keep shipping.
it isn't quite as binary as you’ve outlined, and I firmly believe that platforms *should* be pushing for more runners and higher ceilings. the notion that more rotations = more revenue is short-sighted.
there are a ton of coins which aren't short-term attention vessels that have survived the bear market and are positioning themselves and their communities for an explosive bull run.
pump got to where it has because traders could reliably find the best opportunities to succeed, regardless of their trading style.
however, if the chain that keeps this ecosystem breathing - success stories - breaks, then the premise that made pump so successful is no longer true.
for those who believe we recently fell short on this: our biggest goal moving forward is reversing this sentiment.
focusing on expanding the market, bringing in new participants, and rewarding existing communities.

Looking back, it's funny how different ShipGuild looks from where we started.
Web3 Matters began with Spaces and livestreams. We were trying to understand what was happening and bring people into the conversation.
Then came the communities, experiments, the @Pumpfun hackathon, and a lot of learning along the way.
Eventually, those lessons led us here.
Today we're building ShipGuild through the app, research, tools, experiments, content, and the community around it.
It has taken a few different shapes to get here.
And there's still a lot we're working on that we haven't shown yet.
We're getting closer.
On this topic, I won’t comment on price or give financial advice.
What I can say is that the strategy is working.
We’ve been growing ShipGuild one person at a time. Talking directly with people, explaining what we’re building, bringing the right people closer, and turning that attention into actual participation.
It’s slow work at first. Then it compounds.
And there is a lot happening internally that people still haven’t seen. I think the direction of ShipGuild will make much more sense as the next pieces start coming out.
So yes, I’m happy to see good results.
But I’m much more excited about what we’re building into them.
Still very early.

Friday's conversation with Noot from @Rosentica of One Arena went in a few different directions.
We talked about building for Seeker, what it takes to ship a game on Solana, and why hackathons can be useful even when you don't feel ready.
We also spent a good chunk of the stream actually playing One Arena opening packs, trying the games, and talking about what makes these experiences fun to use with other people.
There was a good conversation around AI too, particularly how tools like Codex can help with dashboards, projects, and everyday workflows.
