One year of FXRP. 145M+ minted is a crazy number, but the part I find more interesting is everything that has been built around that liquidity. FXRP is being used across: @Kinetic_Markets for lending @Firelightfi for staking @SpectraFinance for yield markets @upshift_fi + @ClearstarLabs for yield strategies @enosys_global for XRP-backed credit @HyperliquidX for spot markets @DeriveXYZ for options and perps @SparkDexAI, @BlazeSwapDEX and @fcatflare for trading, liquidity and new experiments And it has now expanded beyond @FlareNetworks into Ethereum, Base, BNB Chain, Monad, Katana, HyperEVM and HyperCore. @HugoPhilion once put the goal pretty simply: 100M $XRP put to work on Flare. That was supposed to be the start. We're now well past that. And @0xQuantic summed up the other side of the thesis well: FXRP turns XRP into programmable liquidity, with that activity feeding back into the wider Flare economy. That's probably the bigger $FXRP story to me. Not just how much XRP came over. How much of it is actually being put to work.

Another day, another hack. $350m+ affected at @bitget is a reminder that the security game isn’t getting any easier. as the tools get better, the attack surface gets more sophisticated too. crypto, AI, finance, the lines are getting blurrier, and so are the risks. over time, I think the winners won’t just be the ones building the fastest. they’ll be the ones that can actually survive.
[SECURITY NOTICE] Bitget Hot Wallet Incident — September 24, 2026 At 18:31 UTC on September 24, 2026, Bitget's security systems detected unauthorized transfers from some of our hot wallets. Our security team activated emergency response protocols immediately. What we have confirmed: -Estimated funds affected: approximately $351.6 million -Cold wallets remain fully secure. Bitget operates a three-tier wallet architecture — the breach contained only a portion of the hot wallet and warm wallet layers. -User funds are safe. The full amount of this loss falls within the coverage of Bitget's User Protection Fund, which currently holds over $464 million Actions we have taken: -Emergency response team activated within minutes of detection -Abnormal transfer addresses identified, flagged, and reported -Withdrawals temporarily suspended as a precautionary measure, pending security review -Law enforcement and on-chain security firms have been formally notified and are engaged What this means for you: -Your account balances are accurate and your assets are protected -Deposits and trading remain fully operational Withdrawals are temporarily paused and will be restored as soon as the security review is complete -What comes next: We will provide updates on an hourly basis across this channel and all official platforms. A full incident report — including root cause analysis and corrective actions — will be published within 24 hours. We will not speculate on the attack vector until the investigation is complete. Bitget has navigated multiple market cycles. We will not run from this. Every dollar and every decision will be accounted for, transparently and in full. Updates will be posted here and across all official Bitget channels as they become available. — Gracy Chen, CEO, Bitget

I've been curious about this part of the cycle. crypto and AI agents starting to overlap could get very interesting. tuning in Friday.
The Bull Run Meets AI Agents: What Happens Next? Crypto is getting interesting again. At the same time, AI agents are starting to move beyond demos and into things that actually touch money, markets and onchain systems. Those two stories are beginning to overlap. We’ve been thinking about what that could mean for builders, products and the next phase of crypto. We’ll dig into it tomorrow. Friday · 4 PM UTC

A few days ago I asked why Permission Delegation was being held up. The XRP community jumped in, the use cases got properly surfaced, XPMarket reviewed the case and changed its vote. We reached 29 and entered activation. Now one vote has dropped and we’re back at 28. After all that it's a bit dissapointing to see this. Remember that this unlocks key permissions for issuers, the RLUSD path back to XRPL, and a much stronger foundation for institutions and projects building on XRPL. We made the case once and I think we should make it stick.
Permission Delegation lost the vote and dropped out of the 2-Week activation period on the XRP Ledger. Sitting now at 28 Yes votes down from the 29 Yes votes needed. In contact with Bitso to see what their issue was that made them drop the vote - looks like a mistake currently. We'll be back asap! If you're a dUNL validator and you agree with activation it would be helpful to secure the vote above 29 Yes votes to prevent 1 vote flapping.

Been a long road from Web3 Matters to ShipGuild. The app, the tools, the events, the experiments, a lot has changed in a short time. Seeing $SHIP make a new ATH is a nice moment for everyone who's been around through the transition. Still early. Still building.
SHIP just moved above its previous ATH and we think it's worth taking a moment to appreciate. Over the past few months we've gone from Web3 Matters to ShipGuild, launched the app, added new tools and resources, started running community events, and kept building in public. The token moving with that progress is a nice milestone for everyone who's been around through the transition. There's still alot more to buidl and the teams are ready for what's coming.

The interesting part here is the distinction between using blockchain technology and actually adopting blockchain’s permissionless properties. Pontes shows that DLT, tokenisation and atomic settlement can modernise TradFi without removing the institutions sitting around the system. That distinction will matter a lot as tokenised finance scales.
Worth unpacking what is actually being launched here. Pontes uses several of the same primitives we are familiar with from blockchain systems, but in a very different architecture. At the base level the problem is settlement. An asset can live on one system and the money used to pay for it on another. Pontes connects market DLT platforms with the Eurosystem so tokenised assets can settle in central bank money. DLT and tokenisation provide the digital representation and record of those assets. Programmability and interoperability allow different systems to coordinate transactions and automate parts of the settlement process. Atomic settlement can make the asset and payment move together as one transaction. Those are blockchain primitives. But decentralisation is a separate property. Pontes is permissioned. Participants are approved institutions and market infrastructure operators, and the settlement money remains central bank money. Ownership is different too. On a permissionless network, an asset can be held directly through a private key and transferred without needing permission from the operator of the network. With Pontes, tokens can represent legally enforceable financial assets, but access, custody, transfer and final ownership still operate within the rules and institutions of the traditional financial system. So you can see a distinction here: DLT can exist without decentralisation. Tokenisation can exist without self-custody. Programmability can exist without permissionless access. Pontes is an example of those technologies being used to modernise existing traditional financial infrastructure.

One step at a time we're getting permission delegation over the finish line.
I have the utmost respect for solution-oriented people! 🫡 @0xQuantic is really pushing for a way forward, and I really like the way of talking to the dUNL validator operators directly to find solutions to their concerns. Let's get permission delegation over the finish line.

In 2026, sending money across borders is still a hassle?? 🤔 I hit the street to crack one of the real-world use cases @arc is built for! “Cross-border payments. " Who’s building a solution to this? #AIxWeb3OnTheStreet #Episode 7 #Arc #Stablecoins @blockjain
Gmmm!! With AI's evolution, what will happen to the movie industry in the next few years? Episode 6 of #AIxWeb3OnTheStreet.🎤 “What is one thing you stopped believing since AI came around?” These two interviewees specifically hit on the movie industry, talking about how people put so much effort into creating authentic movies, but with AI coming in, there is little or no appreciation for that effort anymore.🤔 #Founders #Crypto #Web3 #AIOnTheStreet

I think gaming is an interesting test for crypto because people already care about competition, status and community before you add financial incentives. Going into Friday's One Arena livestream with the same question: What have they built that makes people want to keep coming back?
Gaming is one of the few consumer markets where digital status, competition and community can become genuinely valuable without needing to be financialized first. I haven’t looked at One Arena yet, so I’m going into this livestream with one question: what have they built that could make people care enough to keep coming back? See you on Friday.

The issue is associated with the DCENT App Wallet. Please read below for details:
DCENT has announced that there is an issue with their SOFTWARE wallet only. DCENT have stated that the Hardware based wallet is unaffected. Through this DCENT exploit and based on information received from DCENT, we believe that 7 addresses that interacted with Flare are affected for a total amount of 30,507 XRP. No deposits from these 7 addresses have been made to the Clearstar vault or have interacted with any other protocol on Flare. Any loss, whilst unfortunate, is borne by the affected DCENT user. No Flare protocols or applications built on Flare are affected at the protocol level from this exploit. Nor does this exploit affect the solvency of any vaults, protocols or applications on Flare. Based on the information we have at this time the total exposure of DCENT software wallet users is 30,507 XRP. If you are worried that you may be affected by the DCENT software wallet exploit please contact DCENT directly.

Arc is live. I’m going to spend today going through the ecosystem and seeing what’s actually worth paying attention to.
Arc Mainnet is live. Arc launches as the Economic OS for the internet: an open platform for global markets, real-time value movement, tokenized assets, and agentic economic activity. Arc is more than a blockchain. It launches as a full-stack financial platform with assets, applications, interoperability, developer infrastructure, and Circle platform services live from day one. Arc delivers USDC as native gas, deterministic sub-second finality, EVM compatibility, and institutional validators. It integrates with Arc Studio, App Kits, Arc Portal, Circle Agent Stack, CCTP, Gateway, CPN, and StableFX. A complete economic platform at genesis. Arc launches with infrastructure for: → Agentic economic workflows → Lending and borrowing → Trading and liquidity → Onchain FX → Payments and settlement → Tokenized assets → Exchanges, wallets, custody, compliance, data, and developer tooling 190+ institutional and ecosystem builders are building across Arc.

Arc mainnet will be live today. If you're exploring @arc today, here's a simple starting point. Get USDC onto Arc • Circle Bridge — bridge.usdc.com • Relay — relay.link • Jumper — jumper.exchange Find the ecosystem Launchpads • Arguspad — argus.world • TollyLabs — tollylabs.com • RadarDEX — radardex.pro • OpenSea — opensea.io DEXs / protocols • RadarDEX — radardex.pro • XyloNet — xylonet.xyz • UnitFlow Finance — unitflow.finance • Synthra Finance — synthra.org • Tower Exchange — tower.exchange • ACH Swap — achswap.app Track what's moving Arc on DexScreener: dexscreener.com/arc I'll be spending some time actually exploring these today and documenting what I find. If you're doing the same, keep this bookmarked. And as always, verify contracts and official links before interacting with anything on a brand-new chain.
