hot take, but making/posting gore and overly lewd content of a company's mascot at their X brand page because the underpaid intern got some wording wrong on a touchy situation is really misdirected. For one, the CEO of discord, and maybe the person right below him, which is really the only people that would do shit if pestered much, will likely never see most if not any of the images in the quotes. (They hire somebody to fucking run their own twitter, ya think they're gonna check that shit?)
Two, ya'll are directing anger towards somebody who has no say in the situation at Discord HQ, can't change shit, and is likely going to lose their position because of something that I'd have a safe bet wasn't entirely thought out or even their fault to begin with. Not a good time to be losing a job. And, as much as this does put pressure on the company to change. We've seen time and time again where they hold out and basically everyone forgets. Which is likely to occur anyways. But who knows. All I do know is I honestly feel sorry for the person getting directed with this.
As much as I hate discord and their branding, I'm sure it's a LOT different from the person running Discord's tweetdeck, and the fears of people taking this too far also are probably present. Especially with some of the shit people are posting in response.

yeah so update geotags would be attached apparently cause how tf else would they get that info, person who told me clarified that too and so did the post. I somehow missed that. (quarter of a MILLION furries though is a freaky number and is not accurate I don't think)
