No @bt_uk broadband in Uxbridge since mid afternoon yesterday. Service checker on BT website doesn’t work. Mini hub hasn’t been activated. 5G network overwhelmed so on 4G. Any danger of an update?

Is there a more shambolic delivery organisation than @parcelforce? Had a package for me for four days, no attempt to deliver, just log it back into the depot each day, 90 mins on the phone to try and find out where it is only to then get cut off because they are shut. Farcical!
