If everything goes right for Landrew, I can see a Top 10 pick in the 2027 draft.

The more that I think about it the more I believe Detroit hit a home run with the Ausar Thompson extension.
- Can make an argument for him being the best perimeter defender in the NBA
- The contract will peak at only 16% of the teams cap space
- Detroit has a +5.5 net rating per 100 possessions when Ausar is on the floor.
I think off his defense alone this contract is worth it, plus expect him to take somewhat of a scoring leap this season.
