Just dev'd some shit, it stalled at 8k, gave it some time to go, but it had no more momentum and it became clear to me it wasn't going higher. Mindlessly, I just stacked my block zeroes, in a desensitized fashion. After a few minutes, it genuinely hit me, like damn, what did that mindless desensitized action look like for somebody else. I went on pumpfun and started scrolling through the trades on the token. I saw guys who had $100 in their balance, who'd lost $10 on that. I genuinely sat with that for a second and it really hit me, the raw emotion of what that $10 loss to this guy might have felt like, it could be literally soul crushing. I spent 15 minutes literally scrolling through and refunding small port traders who'd lost on something they'd believed in. The point of even saying this is, when you make money in this space you get desensitized. We really need to normalize some type of ethics and game theory here, there are no rules but that doesn't mean we can't be decent. There's a difference between selling into hot volume when the coins getting flooded & everyones gonna have a chance to make money, and just mindlessly stacking it at 8k because it's not going anywhere and you just 'don't care'. If you dev something you think is good, and it doesn't squirt up how you'd expected, don't just drill it. Give these guys a chance to pile out. Fuck that shit man. I'll play the game, but I'm not losing my soul.
