My dad and I were at a game vs. the Avalanche. We were down two and a bunch of people were leaving and he wanted to beat the traffic. I refused to leave. Less then half of the arena was there when we tied it up and won it in overtime. It was the greatest comeback I’ve seen live

dude i was watching my team during their homeopener for this season and they were losing horribly (10-3 i believe was the final score) and i honest to god saw so many people leave and i was like,,, during the goddamn homeopener??? support your damn team bro

If it's a sure thing one way or the other, I'll generally leave at the 2-minute mark of an NHL game. That can make a difference of saving 30+ minutes getting out of the ramp! Of course, I'll stick around if it's within a goal or two.

Definitely, NFL & NCAA football teams are blowing double digit leads in the second half on the regular and NBA teams are blowing 20 to 30 point leads in the second half on a more consistent basis now...
