Where it gets really interesting Grams one-shotted the problem of miners who didn’t like chasing high MLs.Don’t like chasing, don’t want to have to worry about managing toggles in the mines, just buy real estate. Buying real estate requires ORE. So ORE goes up marginally currently. Owning real estate earns income in the form of ORE, but if it’s sold it’s a wash bc it was purchased with taxes revenue.
