Good morning, if what matters to Bitcoin decentralization are "economic" nodes -- which are defined as user nodes that have transactions to verify -- then improving decentralization means increasing the quantity of users and the quantity of UTXOs they are verifying.
This also correlates to overall value and utility of the asset. The larger the Bitcoin economy is, the more BTC is worth.
Ideally, this includes maximizing the most natural "economic" nodes: merchants, and thus, commerce.
