Took out a subscription to @ultimatepool_ on You Tube to make it easier to watch on my tv rather than the app. Cost was Β£10.99 p/m which I thought a bit excessive but paid. Then saw on YT page it was Β£7.99. Who do I contact?

Bought some Jersey Royals today and come to open them. The smell is disgusting and the potatoes are starting to decompose. Don’t even know how fresh they are since you don’t put dates on them any more. Please advise on what I can do as can’t get back to the store this week.
