Data analysis -> discovery/user research -> design -> reivew -> tech spec -> build -> test -> ship
When coding agents started to get good enough would find myself rushing straight to tech spec and build stage just because I could
Doesn't mean I should though
Have moved back much closer to my old workflow now and it feels way more solid
Once we know what to build now use Fable with Claude design for speccing and UI before I start. Iterate a shit load at that stage then just chuck it on /goal to build and test it

The biggest annoyance for us previously with this kind of content was creating a consistent world for AI influencers that felt like you were following the life of a real person.
