Yes, he read an apology letter written by someone. Yes he addressed his mispronounciation of JK's name and apologized for it.
Yes, he apologized for saying negative things about ARMY.
Yes, he spoke to the FACT about BTS massive global rise, popularity and incredible fandom that support them.
He read the script in a sincere manner.
His teammates who also joined in on the negativity and belittlling did not join this apology video. They should also issue their own apologies imo.
