This is a technical test for Hyperion, which is a system that indexes all PulseVM block history so that data can be searched quickly (explorer, audit, banking applications).
PulseVM is a blockchain engine that Metallicus has specially built for banks, credit unions, and financial institutions.
It combines the old workings of Antelope/XPR (named accounts like bank.treasury, permission according to organizational hierarchy, smart contracts) with the fast and final Avalanche consensus in about one second.
Main objective:
1️⃣ Banks can issue their own digital money (tokenized deposit / stablecoin) without customers seeing "crypto".
2️⃣Users send money 24/7, settle immediately, no gas fee.
3️⃣Deposits remain on the bank's balance sheet itself, not running off to other companies.
4️⃣You can create your own private network or connect to TDBN (The Digital Banking Network) for transactions between institutions.
Banks and credit unions use it a lot:
⚛️Cross-bank payments can be instant and irreversible, like WhatsApp but for money.
⚛️The old slow system (ACH, wire, end-of-month reconciliation) can be replaced with a shared ledger.
⚛️Other mentioned uses: insurance/hospital settlement claims, trade finance, supply chain, and government.
⚛️The public XPR Network is also designed as an A-Chain based on PulseVM, so there is a public version and an institutional version.
