You need to apologize to Jared. A sincere, private apology. Putting him on the spot like that on your podcast was not cool. The vibes are horrible right now. Please be a good teammate and do the right thing. Sincerely, All Lions fans @amonra_stbrown @StBrownPodcast

If you hate everything that’s happening with the state of CFB right now you should be rallying behind @BeaverFootball. A team bullied out of a power conference only to have a nation leading QB/WR duo under a first year head coach going toe to toe with schools spending 5x.
Oregon State sophomore QB Braden Atkinson is currently the FBS leader in passing yards. 1,848 passing yards 16 passing TDs 2 interceptions

if you watched the NFL and thought something didn't feel right, you're not alone: #1 most flags in over a decade thru 4 weeks, refs are impacting the most CRITICAL moments of games most: #1 most red zone penalties per game by offenses in history #1 most penalties on 3rd/4th downs in the second half of games in history and 17 touchdowns nullified by penalty! (vs only 5 in 2025 & 4 in 2024) Refs are impacting the most important moments of games unlike we've ever seen before in the NFL, and even some of the coaches are speaking up full analysis and historical data: sharpfootballanalysis.com/an…

What happens during a Lions practice? Does the defense just get lit up all day and everyone just goes home?

Finally a useful solution to help parents combat smartphone peer pressure
The hottest phone in America right now is a $100 landline with no screen. Tin Can launched in April 2025, sold out batch after batch, and has moved hundreds of thousands of units. Greylock led their $12M seed in December. The three founders came out of a Seattle real estate startup that shut down the year before. The product is anti-tech. The growth engine is pure Silicon Valley. Calls between Tin Cans are free. Calling regular phone numbers runs about $8 a month per line. So every family that buys one immediately starts recruiting other families, because the phone gets more useful and cheaper with every friend who joins. A referral loop, dressed up as a toy. Then they went after schools. Tin Can gave 300 families at one school free phones. In week one those kids logged 1,500 calls and 75 hours of talk time. The average kid in that community now has close to 30 Tin Can contacts, and kids there have called each other 29 of the last 30 days. The lock-in works on parents too. Once your kid's entire friend group is on Tin Can, you're not canceling, and you're in no rush to hand them an iPhone either. Tin Can figured out the stickiest part of a smartphone is the friend list. They kept the friend list and threw out everything else.

Simon was just found dead.
I am the British whistleblower who reported evidence concerning Howard Lutnick, his links to Jeffrey Epstein, and Cantor Fitzgerald and BGC to the FBI in 2020–21. Listen to the BBC File on 4 documentary about my whistleblower story: bbc.com/audio/play/m002yx47 BBC News: bbc.com/news/articles/c9q28d… I later shared evidence with the House Oversight Committee, which subsequently questioned Lutnick behind closed doors. My disclosures also contributed to regulatory action in the US and UK, including a £96m HMRC tax assessment relating to BGC’s partnership scheme. I believe the true tax exposure is substantially higher. I also reported to the FBI and financial regulators matters involving Cantor Fitzgerald’s Relief Fund and BGC/Cantor’s annual 9/11 Charity Day. The personal consequences of whistleblowing, and the retaliation I say followed, have been devastating for my family and me. Mother Jones previously reported that documents I uncovered revealed a years-long business tie between Howard Lutnick, Cantor Fitzgerald and Jeffrey Epstein through AdFin, including a 2018 exchange in which Lutnick and Epstein discussed the company directly: motherjones.com/politics/202… motherjones.com/politics/202… Follow me here on X and on LinkedIn. I intend to share more of the evidence and the story behind what happened.

Much needed good vibes for Detroit sports
Jalen Duren gained so much respect from me after he said this 😮 "I'm also man enough to acknowledge my flaws and I'm man enough to acknowledge that I'm not perfect, and I'm also man enough to get my a** in the gym and work on those things and get better”
