The U.S. Senate returns from recess tomorrow to make a vote on the CLARITY Act.

"Everyone knows that it is going to get done one way or another, meaning Clarity's going to pass or the SEC and the CFTC are starting to make rules around this anyways.
From protocols that I've talked to, from builders that I've talked to, from banks that we're working with, it is kind of this belief that it's going to get done one way or another.
It may not take the same route we all thought initially, but it'll get there."
