I love my job. And, it turns out, I'm pretty good at it. Thanks to President Bukele’s transformation of El Salvador, a new generation of young Salvadorans is free to learn, build, dream, and achieve the extraordinary. The optimism is palpable, and the energy is so 🔥 Just look at these photos below. These are the faces of winners, leaders, pioneers and builders. And that is by our design. In today's @cuboplus class, they learned how to contribute to open source projects in our GitHub workshop. Because of our focus on this area, UNESCO recognized El Salvador as a global hotspot for technical capital excellence. This, too, was by design, and completely expected. Over the years, through the Bitcoin Office and ANIA, we have trained, mentored, taught and shifted the mindsets of hundreds of the best and brightest in El Salvador. The results are pure human flourishing and the massive acceleration of economic potential. The country's tech scene is surging because of my students and this is just the beginning. Generation Bukele is winning, and this is what that looks like.

It's happening! Since tweeting this I've had a chance to talk to a couple of people involved in sailing and investing in EL Salvador. The local sailing federation is opening their doors for us. I already found an amazing coach specifically focusing on 7-14yo children who will now be relocating to El Salvador. The federation is operating on an impressively small budget, so I will need to find a way to help them raise some funds for the coach and some local sailing competition to bring awareness and spread the word. If any of you would like to donate to the cause or sponsor local children regattas it would be amazing and highly appreciated. This is what it's like in El Salvador. The amount of money pouring into data centers is astronomical. The buildout of America’s railroads - one of the greatest infrastructure projects in history - reached roughly 1.6% of GDP. We are now building AI infrastructure at an even larger scale - estimates are 2.8% of GDP. This may be the largest infrastructure buildout of our lifetime.

Such a powerful moment. President Bukele lays his sword on the coffin of Francisco Morazán. The legendary Central American hero has been laid to rest in a beautiful new mausoleum built for him alongside the National Palace. Open to the public starting tomorrow at 7pm.
