Ideas can be aesthetic too.
Why is there @vsco when there is already @instagram ?
Why is there @thecosmos when there is already @Pinterest ?
Why is there @letterboxd when there is already @IMDb ?
I believe it is because they have a certain flavor of quality.
And I believe, that this applies to ideas too.
Listen to how Steve Jobs thinks about computing
to how Richard Feynman explains physics
to how Neil deGrasse Tyson talks about space
to how Martin Luther King Jr talks about his dream
You might feel it.
I think not everyone gets it. But there is an aesthetic to abstract concepts/ideas.
Some people love math, not out of math, but because of the beauty of exploration. That's why they feel depressed when AI took away the exploration from proving theorems.
Some people love programming, not out of programming, but because of the beauty of creation. That's why they feel depressed when AI took away the creation from building products.
And so, I ask. Do you understand what I'm talking about? about the aesthetic of abstract concepts, of ideas?
I built tool to get perspectives on problems, from the best people in the field. I posted this on r/sideProject
I'm wondering, do you understand the purpose?
made these visuals few months ago, llm generated, but with tricks, wondering if anyone has been generating visual things in production with LLM?? I know @WonderingApp is 1 that is doing some visual stuff.
This is my explanation for stealbrains.com
I eventually want to make everybody have direct access to the best thinking in the world. Poor people, normal people, everybody.
I don't think AI should take away thinking. I think AI should let you steal the best thinking. download brain content from the best in what you care about, upload INTO YOUR own brain.
I made an interface to binge watch thoughts from the best people in diverse fields here stealbrains.com/tv
Steve Jobs - "It comes down to trying to expose yourself to the best things that humans have done and then try to bring those things in to what you're doing"
I made a tool that takes a learning material, transforms it more understandable and beautiful. automatically.

clustering insights to find similar insights, and remove duplicates.
I want to keep the feed of tactical insights surprising. Everybody hates looking at the same thing twice. Every insight should keep on sparking aha moment, and be new.
insights porn is when you get lots of insights, you feel like learning something, but you don't.
My goal is to minimize this. There are real insights, the ones that people actually use and get real results.
Real Insights, not Porn Insights
I used LLM to detect the companies in each tactic.
Now, you can filter just the tactics that were actually used in legit companies, by using "case studies" filter.
sounds good doesn't work? gone. Only tactics actually used in the battlefield. awesometactics.com
