P.S. Do medics themselves decide 'Outcome of airway management procedure'? If they do then cases like mine would NOT be put into any data: #NHS medics lied, denied, covered-up & neglected the terrible injuries they knew they'd given me = incl same 2wks after = I was DUMPED.

Nothing between removal of the airway device & hospital discharge = can be a long time; I'm a survivor of unnecessary & v botched anaesthesia/surgery & tried to report it several times before discharged (VERY injured, went home on bus) but #NHS medics lied/denied & fobbed me off.
