I wrote this system directly in the Theseus decomp/rebuild and expanded the retail xboxdash.xbe with the UIX Lite patches we've been maintaining. By applying techniques I learned from analyzing malware to implement new features, it dynamically loads colors and materials straight from an .ini file. No static skin patches. No relying on HDD paths for extended partitions. Just a retail XBE with zero patches to static values that defaults perfectly to stock. :)
