I’ve had like four different people get mad at me for being skeptical of it, and it’s a topic I would be skeptical of from any YouTuber. Like I think it’s a topic that has been well covered. If anything she has a strong fan army willing to bite you so idk lol
The only thing that determines whether you are allowed to break into this "I just spent a ton of money here's 3 hours explaining why it sucked" genre is if you have an extremely specific audience willing to give you a lot of slack and Lindsay Ellis has the exact opposite of that.

lots of traction on my ken russell posts. there are so many films that haven’t gotten their due. like his deeply tragic tchaikovsky biopic The Music Lovers (1971) starring the late richard chamberlain as the gay composer (chamberlain, gay himself, was in the closet at the time).
