Be mindful everyone, @StreamElements is kinda been hard core ridiculous now. I have already removed my link to any dontation page hosted by them as well. I understand I am just a small drop in the ocean, but I am not okay with not just them keeping donations nor being ghosted by their support. I went through some shit with my family, a friend who I treasure found out and used the donation tool to try and send money to help my daughter's situation because they knew I had already put myself in a tough spot financially to help her. That was at the end of August. My last response from them was regarding they would 'look into it' and that was over a week ago. I have reached out twice since then to just get an update and I am still getting nothing. At this point, I reached out to my friend to try and get a charge back or a refund and if they can not I will give her the money back out of my pocket because it's not fair for her to have that taken. Again, I understand that I am not some big name or it might seem like a small amount of money, however to some of us it is. And at the end of the day, I chose this company over others and they have failed and broken that trust in their lack of basic communication.
