Back in China! I really like how they put these vines on all the flyover roads, it looks so cool. Does anyone know why though? Is it just a e s t h e t i c s?

A lot of the times cities will try to maximize green roof space because it is a lot cooler than concrete & leads to lower city temps Also once the initial investment of placing it is finished it’s much cheaper to maintain than other types of reflective roofing & it looks cool
