I’ve worked with Nigerians before, and when one Nigerian artist had a show, my colleagues were literally telling me to change my shift and go. Some were even offering to buy me a ticket That’s the kind of support they give their people. But Ghanaians? Sometimes we won’t even attend, we won’t invite others, and on top of that we’ll bring our fan wars into everything and give our own artists bad publicity. Then later we turn around and say, “Look, even Young Jonn can fill this venue. Stonebwoy should be ashamed.” No. WE should be ashamed of ourselves Banter Stonebwoy, Shatta, Sarkodie or whoever you want when we’re doing our usual Ghana fan wars ,but when these artists step outside Ghana, that is when we should put the fanbase nonsense aside and support Ghana. Because at that point, it’s bigger than the artist. They are carrying Ghana with them.
