Four months later, the project being executed by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu in Taraba State linking Gembu on the Mambilla Plateau is now 95% complete. The contractor employs over 450 workers and has directly contributed to local employment, which accounts for the pace of delivery and why the project is nearly finished in just two years. This is @officialABAT ‘s Renewed Hope in action. 🇳🇬 Posterity will be kind to you, Madakin Mambilla @Abdulrahmanleme. ✊🏾 #Arewa4Asiwaju #A4A
My trip to Taraba State, especially the Mambilla Plateau, was truly an eye-opener. The beautiful landscape and even more beautiful people made the experience memorable. One thing I realized is that many of the things we see on social media are not always a true reflection of what is happening on the ground. I spent late hours in Gembu and, honestly, not for one second did I feel threatened. We visited Kakara Waterfalls and were all alone on the road back by 9pm. The same was true for Jalingo, which used to be disturbed by terrorists. I was told that people used to sneak home and move around low-key because bandits could easily be informed by some locals. That is now history. In Gembu, we visited one of the ongoing projects of President @officialABAT, the Gembu–Cameroon Expressway, a road that had been promised since 1961 but saw no action until the current administration. Anyone familiar with Gembu will understand just how important this project is. The reality is that this region has witnessed no infrastructure development for decades until Tinubu’s administration. The last major project many people can recall was the Jalingo–Mambilla road constructed during the Ibrahim Babangida era. It was really interesting to see how the people of Mambilla, comprising different religions, were coexisting and living peacefully. A person there could speak at least four languages. Sometimes, you have to leave your timeline and see things for yourself, because firsthand experience often tells a completely different story. Attached to this post are some moments I captured of the progress on the Gembu–Cameroon highway. #Arewa4Asiwaju #A4A

Flew PJ from Abuja to Katsina, took a chopper from there to his community in Malumfashi. He will drop and tell their foolish followers that security has improved meanwhile he doesn't want to risk using the roads even with Bulletproof SUVs If them decieve you, na your fault.
Ibrahim Masari went to Malumfashi, Katsina using a helicopter. This is what they’re doing with our subsidy money, living a lifestyle only those in Government can afford, while the average Nigerian bears the burden. - Where there are bad roads, they use expensive SUVs. - Where there are security threats, they use helicopters to transport. This is the kind of Government APC are practicing, the type Pharaoh of Egypt practiced until God Almighty crushed him and his cabinet members.

According to science, exactly 24 hours after the burial of a dead body, a worm develops inside the human body that It comes out of the anus of the dead body. It also emits a stench that is impossible to bear. And that stench invites insects of the same genus. Sensing the stench, all the insects, spiders, and scorpions started heading towards the human corpse and all of them started eating human flesh. Three days after burial, the nose began to deteriorate and rot. After six days, the nails started falling off. After nine days, hair started falling out. All the hair on a person's body falls out and the stomach starts to swell, After 17 days, the stomach bursts and all the internal organs come out. After 60 days, all the flesh of the corpse is gone. Not a single piece of flesh remains in the human body. After 90 days, all the bones separate from each other. After a year, all the bones in the human body merge with the soil. And the entire existence of the person whose body was buried is erased. So my brothers and sisters, say - Where does the kingdom go with so much human pride, so much self-importance, so much jealousy, so much hatred, so much lust, so much fame, so much valor, so much honor, so much strength, so much ability, so much wealth, so much power? Everything melts into the ground. Do humans exist or what? Created from the earth, buried in the earth, and merged with the earth. After a 5-foot, 6-foot, or 7-foot person goes to the grave, their name and mark are erased. When someone who walks with dignity in this world goes to the grave, his existence remains nothing but the earth. Therefore, one should strive to make one's real life, one's life forever beautiful and peaceful, and one should work accordingly.

Credit where it’s due. The troops of Operation Hadin Kai deserve commendation for the pressure they maintained on ISWAP and Boko Haram throughout August. The numbers are significant. The continued offensive, intelligence work and air support are clearly putting pressure on the terrorists. The momentum needs to be sustained, with equal focus on protecting civilians and helping displaced communities return home safely
Operation Hadin Kai intensifies campaign against ISWAP, Boko Haram, records major gains in August By Zagazola Makama Troops of Operation Hadin Kai (OPHK) have intensified their campaign against Islamic State West Africa Province (ISWAP) and Boko Haram terrorists across the North-East, recording significant operational gains during sustained ground and air operations in August 2026. The offensive operations resulted in the neutralisation of 152 terrorists, arrest of 142 suspects and surrender of 219 terrorists during the month, highlighting the increasing pressure being brought to bear on terrorist networks operating across the theatre. The operations also disrupted terrorist movements and logistics through a combination of ground offensives, intelligence-led actions and air interdictions. According to operational data obtained by Zagazola Makama, troops conducted 10 air interdictions during the period and successfully neutralised nine improvised explosive devices (IEDs), denying terrorists the opportunity to use the explosive devices against troops and civilians. The destruction of the IEDs also helped to secure major routes and movement corridors frequently used by security forces and local communities. The sustained offensive also yielded significant recoveries of weapons, ammunition and other items linked to terrorist operations. Troops recovered 58 weapons and explosive items, including AK-47 and AK-49 rifles, locally fabricated firearms, a hand grenade and an RPG bomb. A total of 1,184 rounds of ammunition were also recovered during the operations. Other items recovered included 16 mobility assets, 44 mobile phones, a Sony video camcorder and N1,794,910 in cash. The recoveries are expected to further support ongoing intelligence efforts aimed at tracking terrorist logistics networks, identifying their collaborators and disrupting their ability to sustain attacks across the region. The August operational figures reflect the multi-dimensional approach adopted by Operation Hadin Kai, combining offensive ground operations, air interdictions, intelligence gathering and community-supported security activities. The surrender of 219 terrorists during the month also represents an important dimension of the campaign, as it reduces the manpower available to terrorist organisations while providing security agencies with opportunities to obtain valuable information on terrorist structures, movements and logistics. The military’s continued pressure has increasingly forced terrorist elements to operate under more difficult conditions, with their freedom of movement and ability to sustain conventional attacks being progressively constrained. The campaign is aimed at creating conditions for the safe return of displaced populations, reopening access routes, restoring economic activity and enabling communities to resume normal livelihoods. The destruction of IEDs, in particular, remains critical to civilian safety, as the devices pose a persistent threat to troops, farmers, commuters and other residents using roads and rural pathways. The military high command and local communities have commended the troops for their sacrifices, resilience and commitment to restoring peace across the North-East. As Operation Hadin Kai enters subsequent phases of its counter-insurgency campaign, the August results demonstrate the continued emphasis on dismantling terrorist logistics, degrading their fighting capability and compelling members of the insurgent groups to abandon the battlefield. The ultimate objective was to deny ISWAP and Boko Haram the ability to threaten communities, reclaim areas affected by insurgency and create a more secure environment for sustainable recovery across the North-East.

This is a solid hit on the group. Losing a lieutenant while having 3 machine guns, 2 AK-47s, ammunition and 6 motorcycles recovered will certainly affect their operations. Credit to the troops of Operation FANSAN YAMMA for keeping up the pressure.

When unpopular policies dominate elections, voters WILL judge based on their lived experience: prices, food, security. And, “the stomach is not a good political adviser”: hunger shrinks brains, but political jobbers want voters to think beyond today to a tomorrow they can’t see.

No. The real question is: what has subsidy removal actually delivered for the Nigerian economy and, more importantly, for the ordinary Nigerian? We have had three years of this policy. Government revenues have improved and investors may be more confident, but ordinary Nigerians have faced soaring fuel, food and transportation costs, with many struggling to maintain their standard of living. Even recent reporting acknowledges that the reforms have brought significant short-term pain to Nigerians. (Reuters) We have tried subsidy removal. If the policy is causing widespread hardship without delivering tangible improvements in people’s lives, Nigerians have every right to demand a different approach. The debate @Atiku has started is therefore necessary. Let’s discuss how to make fuel affordable again while protecting public finances and preventing corruption. The people deserve relief.
