So very sorry to hear this. Had the pleasure of getting to know Martin when he was a regular in the Shrewsbury Town Press Box. He was always such great company and I have so many good memories of a lovely man. My thoughts are with his family, friends and all at Whitchurch Alport.

This is by far the hardest thing I’ve had to share on the club socials but we’re beyond devastated and heartbroken to share the news of the unexpected passing of club legend @Wildym48 who passed away suddenly yesterday afternoon. No words can sum up what this gentleman meant to everyone at the club, not just as a superb media manager but also a true friend and gentleman. We’re numb at this news and our thoughts and condolences go out to his wife Jeanette and the rest of martins family. May you rest in peace my brother xx

Arkell Jude-Boyd helped Saint Lucia to a 5-2 win over Bermuda in the Concacaf Nations League, his first international appearance since joining Shrewsbury in the summer.
He started the game and went off in 80th minute.
