Whats happening @Airtel_Presence ? I raised a compliant today that landline is not working, but it was closed without resolving it. On the SMS acknowledgement, I noticed an option to reopen the ticket by replying "2" and that too didn't work :-) Nice way of ticket handling

This probably explains why India was able manage covid better than other nations. We had been hit by huge delta wave, followed by OMICRON and most probably entire population of India has infection induced immunity along with vaccine immunity.
