truly decentralized crypto doesn't have an org chart;
what we do have is a fully public graph.
Witnesses are elected: vote them out or they miss blocks, and the next one produces without a board meeting or slowdown in the interim. Connections, history and API tools sit in the open, owned and used by everyone. The DAO has no keys or controllers, and anyone can propose to it.
this chain exists because a community refused a private acquisition.
