👋 Hi, I’m Xavier Been a while so I wanted to reintroduce myself… I stopped posting on X 524 days ago to go work with Hormozi Since then I closed over 8.6 mil, led the in person sales team and helped build a new onboarding department from scratch How I got here? At 19 I decided to move across the country to FL by myself instead of going to college. I had 4k in savings, no job, and no help from my parents After getting into credit card debt to stay afloat, I finally landed my first remote sales job after cold dming every online creator that I knew At 20 I moved back to TX and got into debt because I stayed on an offer for too long that was going under I spent my last 2k to get into another sales program with hopes to build a relationship with the owner and get placed on a solid offer I trained my ass off for 3 months until I was given the opportunity to be Ben Baders first closer on Aritsan lab Ben changed my life. He believed in me, and over the next 6 months we hit our first 6 fig month and built one of the best info products out there Because of him I was able to clear all my debt, make a ton of connections in the space, and start my own sales agency. In April 2025, I saw a post to go work at ACQ, so I applied. A week later they flew me out to Vegas and two weeks after that I packed my truck to go work at Acquisition .com The next few months were violent. 5:30 am sales calls. 80+ hour work weeks. Completely ignorant to anything that didn’t wear the ACQ logo 6 months in I started to get worn out. Energy dipped, I was bottom of the leaderboard, and fomo built from my friends in info… I almost got fired Instead of giving up, I doubled down. The result? 3 promos in 6 mos. Present day, I have built many sales processes, got to be a part of the $106 mil world record book launch, taken thousands of sales calls, consulted hundreds of businesses, and led multiple teams Outside of work you’ll find me: - playing sports and working out with my friends - Attempting to try every restaurant on the Vegas Strip - Building my next start up - Learning a new skill/hobby that interests me Now I’m back to share everything I’ve learned about sales, marketing, business, and creating a life you love waking up to in the morning If any of that interests you, welcome to my corner of the internet 🤝

Read (yes people, you need to be reading still) Personally, I search keywords across @X, @Substack, and @Reddit to find long form high alpha content Save and take notes on the insights you've found. 3. Yap - Similar to what @Shwinnabego said DO: - Talk to AI about the million thoughts you have in your mind. - Give it more context on who you are and the narratives you're trying to craft Don't: - Have AI take over your creative work

I may be biased because I grew up here, but Austin alone has more culture than most states, and even some countries. Our high school football games have 10,000 people in the stands, and Longhorns games pull higher attendance than the NFL. With 6th street, rainey, ACL, & SXSW, there’s live music for everyone. We’re quickly becoming the standup comedy capital of the world. You get the best tex mex and the best barbecue in the world. The city is full of fit, active people that take their health and wellness seriously. Here, you can meet and befriend a truly diverse set of people, unlike SF where everyone is within 5% of the standard AI-slop techbro. You can just sign up for a rec sports league at Zilker and suddenly you’re friends with some car guys that teach you about F1 and take you to COTA, some yoga girlies that take you stand up paddle boarding on lady bird lake, and some country bros that’ll take you fishing. Republicans and Democrats are actually friends here, politics don’t override character. It’s a blue city in a red state so you get to hear differing opinions from the people they actually affect, instead of staying in one side’s little bubble. The education opportunities are best in class, the city is safe, there’s abundant jobs in a huge variety of sectors, and the southern hospitality is still alive and well. Be bearish on Texas all you want, but you can’t deny that it’s becoming the new Schelling point for ambitious people who want to live a fulfilling life.
