For the next five weeks while the congress is again on a vacation. They just back from a three week vacation and another three week vacation before that. They will be Gaveling in and Gaveling out every couple days to prevent Trump from appointing any positions. The senate won't do there job and make appointment but they'll block Trump the entire time in office!
