Are we saying “don’t vote”? No, of course not. That’s dumb. We’re saying we told you so a year and a half ago that it was time to prepare for the 2026 election, when we had a plan and you could have helped.

🚨 Your vote could be eliminated before the winner is decided! Ranked-choice voting (RCV) sounds good on paper, but it introduces a complicated process where your ballot can stop counting in the final rounds if all your ranked candidates are eliminated. That means a candidate can claim a “majority” without winning a majority of the original ballots. ⚠️ IMPORTANT: To oppose Honolulu Amendment 5, you must actually vote NO! Leaving it blank does NOT count as a NO vote. Big MAHALO to Phil Izon @907Honest with Ranked Choice Education Association for coming to Hawaii in 2023 to discuss RCV and its dangers with us.

Hawaii, remember this? 👀 As Josh Green runs for reelection as Governor of Hawaii in 2026, it's worth revisiting what he said during COVID-19. Hear his words for yourself. What do you think?

32 proposed amendments on Hawaii's 2026 election ballots. Not a single one earned our YES. Our Constitution and County Charters should establish lasting limits on government, not serve as convenient tools to expand its power, spending, or bureaucracy. The burden of proof belongs to those proposing the changes, not the voters. Every amendment should demonstrate a genuine need, clear public benefits, and enforceable safeguards against government overreach. Good intentions and promises of future benefits are NOT enough. Just because something sounds good doesn't mean it deserves to become law. We applied this standard to all 32 proposed Hawaii ballot amendments. Not one passed our test. That's why we're voting NO on every amendment. Swipe through our 2026 Hawaii voter guide to see what each amendment would change and the questions we believe every voter should be asking.

Unfortunately, some are not paying enough attention to the matters… - Border sealed; illegal migration reversed Violent crime and murders at historic lows - Trillions in new U.S. investment and a manufacturing rebound - Tax cuts on tips, overtime, and Social Security - Drug prices falling - MAHA push: fewer artificial dyes, whole foods, healthier kids - U.S. lead in AI, with trillions in tech investment - Multiple wars ended; hostages brought home - Energy dominance restored - Men kept out of women’s sports; two sexes recognized in federal policy - DEI ended in government and the military; merit-based hiring restored - Election-integrity push: noncitizen voter rolls flagged, mail-ballot limits advanced - Fake News called out via a White House media-bias portal; CNN, MS NOW, and Politico barred from the grounds - Deregulation, fraud crackdown, and a rising stock market

Oahu, pay attention! Resolution 26-206 is being sold as a climate plan, but it could mean higher costs, more rules, less choice, and more government control over daily life. If you care about affordability, freedom, and the future of our island, speak up now. HOW TO SUBMIT TESTIMONY: Go to the Honolulu City Council’s Submit Testimony page, select the EES 9/22/2026 meeting, find Resolution 26-206, and submit written testimony or register to testify orally. The meeting is 9/22 at 1:00 PM, and the Council encourages testimony to be submitted at least 24 hours beforehand. Read it. Question it. Testify.
