The First Charter of Medina,
known as Mithaq-e-Madina or Sahifa-e-Madina,
was drafted by Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) in 622 CE after the Hijra. It is regarded as the world's first written constitution that laid the foundation of a pluralistic state.
1. One Nation: All people of Medina - Muslims, Jews, Pagans - are one Ummah.
They will live as one political community.
2. Religious Freedom: For Muslims their religion, for Jews theirs. No one will be forced to change faith.
3. Joint Defense: If Medina is attacked, all will fight together.
No separate peace treaty with the enemy.
4. Final Authority: All disputes will be taken to Allah and Prophet Muhammad (PBUH).
His decision will be final for all.
5. Security for All: Every citizen's life, property and honour is protected. No injustice will be allowed.
6. No Shelter for Criminals: No tribe shall protect a murderer or oppressor. Even if he is from their own blood.
7. Rights of Jews: Jews will keep their wealth and faith. They will help Muslims in war and share war expenses.
8. No Help to Quraish: No one will help or shelter the Quraish of Mecca. They are the enemy of all Medinans.
9. Medina is Sacred: The city of Medina is Haram (sacred).
Killing and crime inside it is Haram.
10. Muslim Brotherhood: All Muslims are brothers to one another. They will help each other in blood money and ransom.

When Gandhiji launched Quit India movement, almost all top leadership of Congress was arrested by the British govt.
Then common people, students, workers, peasants took charge and made it a decentralised mass uprising (including Aruna Asaf Ali & JP)
Such protests are supposed to be decentralised. CJP is doing great, Congress, AAP, Left, etc should do what they want.
CJP is not contesting for PM post, at least not for now. So, these insecurities of so-called liberals are beyond me.
An entire “self-declared liberal” ecosystem has been activated to denounce @abhijeet_dipke and the fact that he has been able to capture the imagination of millions of Indians after a LONG LONG time.
The hilarious part is that this ecosystem exists only on Twitter, but somehow thinks they are the sole protectors of democracy.

His and his wife’s names appeared in the SIR notice list with the remark: “Unmapped with the last SIR.”
However,.Sibal shows that his name was included in the 2002 SIR in Patna. In the video, he also displays the enumeration form submitted to the BLO, bearing both his signature and the BLO’s signature. Despite submitting the form and providing his previous SIR details for self-mapping, how were their names still classified as “unmapped”?
This is not an isolated case:
• 13,40,213 people received notices marked “Unmapped with the last SIR”
• 7,65,112 received notices citing “Parent Name Mismatch”
• 5,44,504 received notices citing “Self Name Mismatch”
If even properly submitted and signed forms are being flagged, the Election Commission must explain the reliability of the entire process.
