Tangem Wallet Experience
Recently received a Tangem Wallet at the Super Team Germany event and set it up immediately.
The whole process is extremely user-friendly.
I simply installed the official Tangem app, and from there everything is guided step-by-step with clear instructions.
Core Concept & Security
Tangem uses a hardware wallet in the form of NFC-enabled cards.
You receive: 1 Main card 2 Backup cards
Where is the private key stored?
The private keys are generated directly on the secure chip inside the card and never leave the card.
This is a big differentiator from many software wallets or even some other hardware solutions where keys might be handled differently during setup.
What if someone gets your card?
Without the physical card + correct code (setup), accessing the assets is extremely difficult.
The cards also support decentralized recovery options and have strong anti-cloning protection.
My First Transfer
I started by funding my Trade Republic account and then transferred SOL (Solana) to my new Tangem wallet.
How to receive funds?
The app makes it very easy:
- You scan the card via NFC.
- Choose the blockchain
(Ethereum, Solana, and numerous others)
- Send funds from an exchange or broker.
The transaction arrived quickly, and I could immediately see my SOL balance in the Tangem app.

The Tangem Box looks very professional and you feel happy like a kid unboxing it.

reminder, og acc has never been used for anything else than securing the account and never impersonated fou either, we did troll u puppets a bit when u guys accused us of stealing the account but that was fair game imo
and yes, it has been said that we'll give back the account, @Hillshills asked me about it when fou came back, i ACCEPTED but i've been told then that fou didn't want it at the end
we do not give a single fuck about the acc, we did this purely to avoid scammers launching stuff with it, we did the same thing when @billydollarcat got hacked back in the days, we saved their handle and give them back
