Built Tacey for the post-checkout mess: customers can fix their address, variant, or qty after checkout while the order is still held. tacey.app#Shopify#ecommerce
Sat down and redesigned tacey.app 🚀🚀
After pivotinga little bit to the @Shopify thank you and order status page. The site was just harder to read than the app.
Cleaned the story, updated the pages!
Easy order editing, address validation, upsells right there on the thank you page
Shopify now automatically recalculates sales tax when an order's shipping address is changed, a critical update for maintaining accurate financial records.

My fav part in @taceyApp is the thank you page upsell! Its so underrated!
But post-purchase only works if it is the same order for your customer with less friction.
They already paid.
They are still on the page.
You pick what to offer, by product or spend or collection.
They add it. Same shipment.
No second checkout.
Free gift is the same idea. $0.00 line.
You chose it.
They are not being sent to another form.
As simple as that!

For shopify merchants, Bad addresses do not show up as “bad addresses.” They show up as a carrier correction fee and a where-is-my-order ticket a week later.
They typed Steet. Apt missing. PO box on a carrier that will bounce it. If you print the label anyway, you already lost.
Check it when the order lands.
Show them the fix.
Let them keep what they typed if they want.
Do not kill the sale to be clever.
Can I change my address?”
“Can I switch to Large?”
“I meant 2, not 1.”
Those three emails are most of your post-purchase inbox. They don’t need to be emails.
Let customers edit address, size, qty, notes or cancel before the warehouse picks it!

Recently moved my Shopify app hosting from Render to Cloudflare.
Here are lessons from moving my Shopify app onto a full Cloudflare stack.
Workers, D1, queues, the silent failures, and what coding agents actually changed.
Checkout validators only see the form.
Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and wallet typos still land as orders.
The gap is after pay, before the warehouse.
That’s the window that matters.
60% of all order edits Shopify merchants make are address fixes.
Not fraud. Not cancellations.
Just... the customer put the wrong address.
Most of it is preventable before the order ever ships.
Nobody talks about what happens to a Shopify order in the 60 seconds after a customer pays.
The checkout is done. The warehouse hasn't touched it yet.
That window is completely unguarded at most stores.
We built Tacey for that window.

"We have address validation."
Cool. Does it work when someone checks out in 4 seconds on their phone and autofill drops the wrong city?
Because that order is already in your queue.

Intel Hub turns that into a customer intelligence layer inside @taceyApp
Not another analytics dashboard.
Not a spreadsheet export you have to decode.
Operational intelligence built from the orders @taceyApp already processes.
