Tocchet is the most overrated coach in the NHL
By season 2 the players get tired of playing the snoozefest brand of hockey he wants
His greatest strength as a coach is to get the media to think he's buddies with them so they take it easy on him
Rinse and repeat in every market

Dhaliwal: Rumors floating around Canucks are looking at UBC again for the practice facility...It's the best place to build a second rink. Not saying Britannia is dead but rumor is they're interested in UBC again.

Sekeres said yesterday some people at UBC believe the MOU at Brittania was just the Canucks way of trying to get leverage over UBC.

From this, it seems like the Bruins were playing around with a potential trade that looked like this:
To BOS:
Filip Hronek
To VAN:
Liam Pettersson
2027 1st
2028 1st
If this was ever proposed, make that trade NOW!!! 🤣
After some more careful examination, it would appear Don and the gang were looking at a Filip Hronek deal

No Canucks pre/post game shows on KISS.
Canucks are working on their own in house pre/post game shows.
This all according to @DonnieandDhali

Heartbreaking news about the passing of John McKeachie. For more than 25 years John brought Canucks hockey into our homes at CKNW and BCTV, alongside Jim Robson and Tom Larscheid. He was a voice this city trusted, and a great colleague. Deepest condolences to his wife and girls.

Both @risingaction and @RobTheHockeyGuy hinting Canucks didn't like the Canucks Army name.
Sure more info will come out as time passes. It's no secret what was going on behind the scenes.

2 ice rinks are a must. There's no point otherwise.
Name the rinks Celebrini and Bedard.
Joint statement from local minor hockey associations… they seem concerned about the #Canucks practice facility plan at Britannia.
