We are coming up on what would be my dads 71st birthday here in a couple days. On November 16, 2020 this was his last Facebook post prior to passing unexpectedly just 12 days later. He’s heavily on my heart today. He always had simple answers for me when I had complex questions.

Cool connection tonight, CSUN’s star player Josiah Davis actually played for now-#WichitaState assistant coach and Kansas native Josh Eilert during their time at West Virginia.
Davis was the Big West POY last year averaging nearly 16 ppg. Will be a name to watch tonight.

I’m in love with this sentence:
“Every pattern in your life repeats until you learn the lesson. The moment you choose differently, the loop ends and growth begins.”

‘Why didn’t he just call me?’ 😂
‘I couldn’t find anything that says I’m ineligible.’ 😂
Steph Butcher would have been a real winner!
‘Tarr’s eliminated all competition!’
You mean the people who didn’t live in his district or aren’t eligible to serve? 😂 Hysterical.

These guys definitely put the hours in the gym and deserve every acknowledgment they receive. Both are team focused, self drive and truly love the game and most importantly are great young men off the court and excellent students in the classroom. Proud of you both. #BiggerThanMe
