Because he was targeting the tank’s gun. Once the gun was destroyed, the tank wouldn’t be able to fire anymore. If he had stopped for those two cars, the tank would’ve caused even more damage
MCU Spider-Man didn’t save the two police cars, but the tank was literally firing missiles at them already. What exactly was he supposed to do? 😭
