Hot Take (as an older Gen Z) but all of our degrees are practically pointless right now and the job market is horrible for young people, so I think it’s normal and fine that we’re pushing back on some of the absurdity surrounding job/interview culture.
hate to agree with the millennials but why is gen z literally addicted to resisting job advice… they’re on tiktok having meltdowns about authority because they’re being told they shouldn’t bring iced coffee to an interview
