DOES PRISONERS HAVE RIGHT TO COMMUNICATE?
โBut how can someone in prison be communicating with people outside?โ ๐
My people, please listen carefully. ๐๐ฝ
Some of you are asking this question as though being in prison automatically means a person becomes completely cut off from the outside world.
That is not necessarily how it works.
When my brother was in jail, we communicated almost every day through different permitted means, including calls and visits. But there is something many people may not understand: the lawyer can play a major role in facilitating communication and access, depending on the prison regulations and the circumstances of the inmate.
Prison is about restriction of freedom of movementโit does not automatically mean the person has lost every possible channel of communication.
And yes, depending on the facility, regulations, security classification and the inmateโs circumstances, some inmates may have access to communication, legal visits and other approved forms of contact.
So when you hear that someone in custody has spoken to people outside, donโt immediately conclude that it is impossible or that something mysterious must have happened.
There are procedures.
There are regulations.
There are lawyers.
There are approved visits and communication channels.
And sometimes, there are details about the prison system that people simply don't know.
๐ My paddy, before you conclude, listen first!
I have a video below where one of our brothers explains this matter further. Please listen to it and hear the explanation for yourself. ๐๐ฝ
The goal is not to tell anyone what to believe. The goal is to understand how these things can actually work before jumping to conclusions.
Because sometimes, what looks impossible from the outside is simply something we have never taken the time to understand.
Listen. Think. Ask questions. Then draw your conclusions.
๐๐ฝ WATCH THE VIDEO AND HEAR THE EXPLANATION.
