I have seen some people worried about Charles career due to his age and his desire to see things through with Ferrari. While I can't shed much light on the Ferrari situation and view his determination with a modicum of dread myself, I can talk a little about how age works in F1.+

For me it isn’t a matter of “in/out of prime” but competitors, put Ollie next to him and imo he wipes the floor with him. His age is a factor in why I believe so, I believe lec will be able to maintain his level of performance 6-10 years from now just not next to someone younger

I don't think so even according to studies conducted for F1 specifically. The peak would fall on 26 to 31 with an unfortunately low sample size and lacking a broad spectrum if
