Your funnel isn't broken everywhere. One stage is the bottleneck. Founder Triage finds it. Stop guessing what to fix first and enter your numbers → triage.alexworks.app

Most small businesses don't need an AI strategy. They need the Tuesday thing to stop being a Tuesday thing. The weekly report, the follow-ups, the copy-paste between two apps that don't talk. Start with one job somebody already hates.

"Too complicated" usually doesn’t mean too many buttons. It means they couldn’t figure out the value fast enough.

Card upfront or no card on a free trial gets argued like a conversion question. It's more of a who-do-you-want-to-hear-from question. No card gets you more people poking around. Card gets you fewer people who meant it.

A client's inventory lived on a wholesaler's website. Their store ran on Square. Someone had to copy it across by hand. Now a Grok bot logs into the wholesaler, lists every product received, and cross-checks it against Square.

Founders getting traffic from ChatGPT answers: does it convert differently than Google for you? I keep seeing people say it's way higher. I don't have enough of my own to tell yet, which is kind of its own answer.

Cleaned the test runs out of my production database this weekend. Every number got smaller. A lot of what I'd been watching was me, testing my own product. Smaller is annoying. It's also the first version I actually trust.

2am. I'm on bottle duty. The Grok bots are on everything else. Only one of us gets to complain about the shift.

Current count: more AI agents than paying customers. Not a flex. Just the ratio I'm working on this month.

Put my coding agent on a feature freeze for the month. The freeze is mostly for me, honestly. It'll happily build whatever I ask. That was always the problem.

Hey @bot go find me some credits.

Told my agents they're not allowed to write 0 when they haven't checked. 0 means someone measured it and nothing happened. UNKNOWN means nobody looked. Turns out a lot more of my dashboard is UNKNOWN than I thought.

Signup counts are a great way to feel busy. They're a terrible way to know if anyone got value. I care a lot more about the first useful action than the form submit.

I built a baby log because "when did he eat last?" is a terrible question to answer from two sleep-deprived brains. Now my partner and I can log feeds in one place, see patterns, and hand things off without reconstructing the last 3 hours from memory. Probably the most useful thing I've built lately.

Early morning rule for this month: before I open the editor, I message one founder. The code will still be there at 6. The conversation might not happen at all if I skip it.

I asked a @bot to take one task, hand it to the right teammate, and bring back a single answer. It did. Drafts only, nothing sent without my say-so.

I told a founder last week not to cut the price until they knew the bottleneck. Then I cut Founder Triage from $39 to $29. So that advice was for both of us, apparently.

I've got agents that can research, build, and QA. Still figuring out the one that walks up to a stranger and starts a useful conversation.
