🚨 THE LAST TIME INDIA WILL SEE MATTHEW VANDYKE & HIS TEAM? This raises some very serious questions. American national Matthew Aaron VanDyke and six Ukrainian nationals were arrested by the NIA in March 2026 after the agency alleged that they entered India, travelled through Assam and Mizoram, crossed into Myanmar and reached Victoria Camp. According to the NIA, the group allegedly provided training to Myanmar-based ethnic armed groups in drone warfare, drone operations, assembly and jamming technology. The agency also alleged that some of these groups had links to insurgent organisations operating in India’s Northeast. The group was initially arrested under UAPA provisions. But in its September chargesheet, the NIA invoked provisions of the Immigration and Foreigners Act instead, while stating that its investigation into the broader UAPA angle was continuing. Now comes another twist. A Delhi court has allowed VanDyke and the six Ukrainians to travel back home after the chargesheet. VanDyke has also reportedly paid ₹5.5 lakh in compounding charges in connection with the immigration offence and moved an application seeking discharge. So the obvious questions are: Who exactly was behind this operation? Who funded or facilitated their movement? How did a foreign team allegedly cross through India’s sensitive Northeast, enter Myanmar, conduct the alleged activities and return? What happened to the alleged drone consignments? And if the NIA itself described the matter as potentially connected to a larger conspiracy involving insurgent groups, why is the immediate legal consequence now centred on immigration violations? The court process is still ongoing, and the NIA says its broader investigation continues. But one thing is clear: A case that began with allegations involving foreign mercenaries, Myanmar-based armed groups, drones and India’s sensitive Northeast has now taken a dramatically different legal turn. Questions remain. And the public deserves clear answers.

This “historical injustice” theory needs a wider debate. Almost every community faced historical injustice from someone in the past. Then why special privilege only for SC/STs? Kshatriyas protected India’s borders for 2,000 years. They sacrificed their lives; their women burnt themselves alive. Why no special privilege for them? Brahmins protected dharma for thousands of years. Islamic rulers made mountains of janeus and their chopped heads. Why no privilege for them? There is no proof that Brahmins and Kshatriyas committed the injustice, but there is proof that they suffered it.
